"FOTOS, FOTOS – Mit der Kamera bewaffnet bin ich ständig auf der Suche nach coolen Motiven. Die Fülle meiner Fotos und der Spaß am Nähen weckte meine Kreativität.
Meine Taschen statte ich mit einzigartigen Knöpfen (Fundstücke von Flohmärkten), Fotodrucken auf Baumwolle aus. Auf Funktionalität wird natürlich auch Rücksicht genommen – Innentaschen mit Zipp und ohne, Außentaschen, lustige Baumwollstoffe oder Segelleine im Innenfutter, bequeme Träger aus Gurten.
Natürlich ist jede Tasche ein Unikat mit einer kleinen „druckknopf geschichte“ die erzählt, wo die Fotoaufnahme gemacht wurde. Die Vielzahl der Modellvariationen bieten auch unterschiedlichste Taschenformen und Trägerlängen für die persönlichen Vorlieben."
Bags, bags, bags – With my camera in tow, I am always in search of
new extraordinary photomotifs for my handmade handbags. With the perfect picture
presents itself, it`s getting printed on cotton and sew on one of my custom –
made bags. The textiles I use are all hand – picked and high quality, outdoor
textiles and many different special printed fabrics for the inlay. Each and
every one of my bags is unique and has it`s own story, which is told on a small
card that comes with the bag. Another special feature of each bag is the button.
Every bag is graced by a hand – picked, unique button that I found on a flea –
market.
